Returns and Refunds Policy - Chez Fely
Chez Fely is committed to offering high-quality wigs and extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the customizations performed, certain conditions apply.
Customized products and final sales
All wigs that have been customized, adjusted, cut, styled, colored, altered, or made to order are considered final sales.
This includes, in particular:
- the cut of the lace;
- size adjustments;
- the personalization of the front line;
- coloring or bleaching;
- hairstyling;
- any specific request from the client.
These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Claim period
Any claim regarding a manufacturing defect, an order error or a sizing problem must be reported within a maximum of 72 hours of receiving the package.
The request must be sent to chezfely@gmail.com with:
- the order number;
- a detailed description of the problem;
- clear photos or videos.
After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Exchange Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange authorized by Chez Fely, the product must:
- not to be worn outdoors;
- to be unwashed;
- to be uncombed;
- to be uncoloured;
- be uncut or unmodified;
- must be returned in its original packaging.
Chez Fely reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Personal preferences
Personal preferences do not constitute a valid reason for exchange or refund.
This includes, in particular:
- a change of mind;
- the desired texture;
- the volume;
- the length;
- density;
- the position of the line;
- styling preferences;
- personal expectations regarding the final result.
Promotional photos and videos are provided for illustrative purposes only. The final result may vary depending on the installation, styling, and individual characteristics of each client.
Exceptional exchanges
In certain situations, Chez Fely may grant an exchange on an exceptional basis and at its sole discretion.
Only one exceptional exchange is allowed per order.
Return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error attributable to Chez Fely.
Deposits and staggered payments
Deposits paid to reserve a wig or start a customization are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation of a personalized order after preparation has begun, Chez Fely reserves the right to retain the sums corresponding to the costs incurred.
